Frequently asked questions

The class is self passed. You can return at any time, if needed. The Final Exam has a minimum of 2 hours to complete.

The fee for the course is $220, if more than 5 people need certification please find our group certification rates option, *discount provided.

You will have an opportunity to review the class again and will have a retake fee of $150.

After completion of a passing final exam you will immediately receive your certificate via email.

Yes, if you are an administrator you can register a minimum of 5 and receive a discount per registrant.
